YOU Are the New Prescription

The Book That Changes How You Think About Your Health

I wrote YOU Are the New Prescription with Dr. Rani Ramaswamy, an OB-GYN and menopause specialist. Together we bring over 30 years of combined clinical experience to a clear, science-based guide to lasting health, covering sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and mindset. It is the book I wish I could hand every patient who walks out of my office.

"The book that made me rethink everything. Empowering, honest, and deeply human." "A bold, transformative wake-up call for modern wellness." "Finally, a health book that is practical, compassionate, and actually doable."
